Terms
Terms of Use
These terms define the product boundary for SALUVIORA.
Version: 18 September 2026 · Pre-production governance baseline
Navigation service
SALUVIORA helps organise information, discover and compare providers, request appointments and manage healthcare journeys. It is not a substitute for a clinician’s diagnosis, prescription or treatment decision.
Emergencies
Do not use SALUVIORA to delay emergency care. Contact the emergency service for your current jurisdiction or go to the nearest appropriate emergency department. Jurisdiction-specific emergency and urgent-care guidance is governed inside the signed-in health workspace.
Provider information
Availability, prices, insurer recognition and other provider attributes can change. SALUVIORA distinguishes verified evidence, estimates and unknown information and does not guarantee a provider will accept or treat a particular patient.
Booking requests
A request submitted through SALUVIORA is not a confirmed appointment until the provider authoritatively confirms it. A displayed price may be an estimate unless expressly marked as provider-confirmed.
SaluNavi
SaluNavi is a governed navigation support tool. It may be unavailable, incomplete or require human review. Users must not rely on SaluNavi output as a diagnosis, prescription, emergency assessment or treatment decision.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account access secure, provide information you are entitled to provide, do not misuse the service to access another person’s records and do not attempt to circumvent security or authority controls.
Production validation
Commercial payment terms, final liability clauses, governing-law wording and formal business identity details require qualified legal approval before public production launch.
