Privacy Notice

SALUVIORA is designed to minimise health-data collection while giving members a persistent place to organise private healthcare.

Version: 18 September 2026 · Pre-production governance baseline

Information we process

Account and identity information; health information you choose to add; uploaded health documents; care-navigation conversations; care-journey and booking-request records; consent choices; security and audit events; and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we process it

To create your health workspace, organise records, provide requested navigation and provider-discovery functions, manage booking requests, protect the service, maintain evidence of material actions and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use identifiable health information as an advertising commodity.

Health information

Health information is sensitive special-category personal data. SALUVIORA separates health records from provider and commercial data and applies owner-based access controls. Additional provider or support access must be explicitly authorised through governed access paths.

SaluNavi — AI-assisted navigation

SaluNavi is optional. When enabled, relevant information may be processed to structure your request and suggest care-service categories or next steps. SaluNavi is not authorised to autonomously diagnose, prescribe, choose treatment, determine eligibility or confirm a booking. AI actions are versioned and logged.

Sharing

Information may be disclosed to a healthcare provider only where needed for a service you request and where an appropriate sharing authority exists. Service processors may handle data under contractual and security controls. We do not claim that an insurer or provider has authorised care unless authoritative confirmation exists.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained only for justified operational, legal, safety and audit purposes. Account closure and deletion requests are subject to any information that must legitimately be retained. Retention rules are governed by data category rather than indefinite default storage.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to certain processing, obtain portability and request erasure. You may withdraw optional AI consent without losing the non-AI health workspace.

Contact and regulatory position

Formal controller contact details, the final lawful-basis schedule, processor inventory and international-transfer schedule must be validated before public production launch. These governance items are tracked internally as release requirements.

Safety

SALUVIORA and SaluNavi support healthcare navigation and organisation. They do not replace a clinician's diagnosis or treatment decision. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service or go to the nearest appropriate emergency department.
